Welcome to Longeva Life. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://longevalife.com/ (the “Website”) and our meal delivery services.

By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of our services

Longeva Life provides bespoke, chef-prepared meal programmes offered on a monthly plan basis.
Menus, delivery schedules, and pricing are tailored individually.

Prices are not displayed on the Website.
All pricing, plan details, and conditions are communicated personally during enquiry and consultation.

3. Monthly plans & payment
  • Services are provided on a monthly subscription plan

  • Payment is agreed individually and confirmed before service begins

  • Monthly plans cannot be paused, postponed, or interrupted once started

  • Early termination does not automatically entitle the client to a refund unless agreed in writing

4. Delivery
  • Deliveries are made daily or once every two days, depending on the agreed plan

  • Delivery times and frequency are confirmed individually

  • The client is responsible for:

    • Providing correct delivery details

    • Ensuring access to the delivery location

    • Proper storage of meals immediately upon delivery

Missed deliveries caused by incorrect details or lack of access may not be refundable due to the perishable nature of the Products.

5. Health, dietary & allergen notice

Meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including but not limited to gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, nuts, sesame, celery, mustard, sulphites).

While we take care, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

Our services do not constitute medical advice. Clients with allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements should consult a qualified professional before enrolling.

6. Changes and cancellations

Because meals are freshly prepared and planned in advance:

  • Changes must be requested within the timeframe communicated during onboarding

  • Refunds are assessed case by case

  • This does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable

7. Website use & intellectual property

All Website content is owned by or licensed to Longeva Life. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant monthly plan

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website or services indicates acceptance of the updated version.
